As a Cook, you will be responsible for preparing food in accordance with company standards, ensuring product quality, operational efficiency, and compliance with food safety procedures.

Requirements :

  • Minimum Senior High School (SMA/SMK), preferably from Culinary Arts, Hospitality, or related fields.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a Cook or similar position (fresh graduates from culinary school are welcome to apply).
  • Strong understanding of food preparation standards, kitchen hygiene, and food safety procedures.
  • Familiar with FIFO (First In First Out) and FEFO (First Expired First Out) inventory systems.
  • Able to work responsibly, independently, and as part of a team in a shift-based environment.

Responsibilities :

  • Prepare and process food according to established recipes, standards, and operational procedures.
  • Take full responsibility for all assigned duties and tasks as a Cook to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
  • Implement FIFO and FEFO systems properly to maintain ingredient freshness and minimize waste.
  • Participate in controlling and maintaining food cost by using ingredients efficiently and minimizing spoilage.
  • Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards in the kitchen area in accordance with company regulations.
