As a Customer Service Staff at Palembang Indah Mall, your primary responsibility will be delivering excellent service, assisting visitors and tenants, and ensuring smooth communication between all parties.

Requirements:

  • Minimum D3/S1 in Communication, Tourism, or related fields; adaptable (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
  • Proficient in Ms. Office, especially Ms. Excel and Google Spreadsheets, with the ability to generate detailed reports.
  • Communicative, friendly, professional, and dedicated to delivering exceptional service.
  • Ability to collaborate, coordinate effectively, and achieve team targets.
  • Placement: Palembang Indah Mall.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent service by offering information and guidance to mall visitors and tenants.
  • Assist in handling customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism.
  • Stay informed about promotions and loyalty programs and communicate these to customers.
  • Generate weekly and monthly reports, including customer feedback, promotions, and membership data.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure smooth mall operations and achieve team goals.
