Sparepart Fleet Salesman (Automotive Hino)

As a Sparepart Fleet Salesman, you will be responsible for achieving sales targets, managing key accounts, and ensuring the needs of your fleet clients are met with efficiency and precision. If you're proactive, target-driven, and enjoy fieldwork and negotiation—this is your chance to make a real impact!

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma (D3) in Automotive, Business, Marketing, or a related field

  • At least 1–2 years of experience in sparepart or sales, preferably in the automotive sector

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills to interact with corporate clients and fleet managers

  • Able to manage sales pipelines, process orders, and coordinate timely delivery of parts

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with sales reporting tools​

Responsibilities:

  • Achieve sparepart sales targets to fleet customers as set by the company

  • Conduct regular visits and maintain strong relationships with fleet clients

  • Prepare and present competitive price offers based on client needs

  • Process sales orders (SO) based on purchase orders (PO), and coordinate stock availability and delivery

  • Offer and implement total support programs such as Consignment, PPC, and NPPL to enhance client satisfaction​​​​​
