As a Data Analyst Specialist, you will play a critical role in delivering end-to-end data analytics, developing scalable dashboards, and generating actionable insights to support strategic and operational decision-making across departments.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Information Systems, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or other data-related roles.

• Strong technical skills in Advanced SQL, ETL processes, data modeling (Star Schema/Data Warehouse concepts), and Python for data analysis (Pandas, NumPy).

• Proficiency in BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker, with strong data visualization and storytelling capabilities.

• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and excellent communication skills to translate data into business insights.

Responsibilities:

• Perform end-to-end data analytics processes including ETL (Extract, Transform, Load), data cleaning, validation, and data modeling from various data sources (SQL, API, Excel, etc.).
• Develop and maintain interactive, scalable, and automated dashboards and periodic reports (daily, weekly, monthly) to support real-time business decision-making.
• Monitor and ensure data accuracy, consistency, integrity, and performance of queries, dashboards, and data pipelines.
• Conduct statistical analysis and data exploration to identify trends, patterns, anomalies, and provide actionable business insights and recommendations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Finance, Operations, ICT, Data Engineer) to define data requirements, improve data governance, and support continuous system enhancement.
