As a Sparepart Sales Staff, you will play a key role in supporting our spare part sales operations—achieving sales targets, monitoring market trends, and ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent service and timely delivery.
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any major.
- At least 1 year of experience in the automotive, service, or spare part industry.
- Strong communication skills, good appearance, analytical and logical thinking.
- Proficient in MS Office, presentation skills, and using the internet.
- Target-oriented, possesses leadership qualities, and willing to be placed in Palembang.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and monitor spare part sales activities to meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
- Handle sales transactions, process purchase proposals, and manage AR outstanding collections.
- Collect competitor data and maintain relationships with part shop outlets and customers.
- Create daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and document purchase requests.
- Support company programs and carry out additional tasks assigned by the supervisor.
