If you are detail-oriented, responsive, and highly organized, this role is for you. As an Admin Sales, you will play a key role in supporting the sales team by managing documents, maintaining customer databases, and ensuring all administrative processes run efficiently.
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Administration or related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong administrative and documentation skills.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities
- Manage and organize sales documents (contracts, proposals, invoices).
- Maintain and update customer and guest databases.
- Coordinate schedules, meetings, and sales activities.
- Support sales events and client-related activities administratively.
- Prepare periodic sales reports (daily, weekly, monthly).
