As a People Selection Specialist, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring every stage—from sourcing to onboarding recommendation—is executed effectively, efficiently, and aligned with organizational standards. You will also bridge hiring managers and candidates while maintaining accurate recruitment data and documentation.
Requirements
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with hiring managers and candidates.
Good analytical skills and ability to assess candidate suitability objectively.
Excellent time management skills and ability to handle multiple vacancies simultaneously.
- High sense of responsibility, integrity, and confidentiality in handling candidate data.
- Experience in recruitment processes, talent assessment, and behavioral interviewing techniques (e.g., BEI).
Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating user interviews.
Ensure job requirements are clearly defined and aligned with business needs.
Conduct initial assessments, behavioral interviews, and candidate evaluations.
Maintain accurate recruitment documentation and update applicant tracking systems.
Coordinate with hiring managers to ensure timely hiring decisions.
