Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Marketing, Business, or related fields.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing/partnerships, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.

  • Proven experience building partnerships with banks, institutions, or corporate clients.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Strategic thinker with leadership and project management capabilities.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies focused on partnerships with banks and institutions.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners and stakeholders.

  • Lead joint marketing campaigns, co-branding, and institutional promotions.

  • Align partnership initiatives with company objectives and monitor performance.

  • Provide reports, insights, and recommendations to management for continuous improvement.
