Supervisor MEP

As a Supervisor MEP, you will be responsible for overseeing mechanical and electrical installation works, coordinating with contractors and consultants, and ensuring projects run according to design, specifications, and timelines.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering field.

• At least 3–5 years of experience in MEP supervision within construction or property projects.

• Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, fire fighting, electrical power & lighting systems.

• Excellent coordination, reporting, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to manage schedules, lead teams, and ensure compliance with technical standards.

Responsibilities

• Ensure MEP works (HVAC, plumbing, fire fighting, electrical systems, panels, etc.) are executed according to drawings and technical specifications.

• Act as the liaison between main contractors, MEP subcontractors, and supervising consultants.

• Prepare and monitor work schedules, and provide daily/weekly/monthly progress and corrective action reports.

• Conduct Testing & Commissioning and coordinate with vendors for system handover (e.g., AC, genset, lift).

• Provide technical guidance and solutions to resolve on-site challenges and ensure project timelines are met.
