As a Support & Data Entry (F&B), you will play a key role in maintaining IT system stability, supporting operational systems, and ensuring all data is accurate and well-managed to support seamless business operations.
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in IT Support, System Support, or related roles.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical thinking.
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain IT systems, network, and operational applications.
- Perform troubleshooting for hardware, network, and system issues.
- Provide technical support for F&B operational systems (POS, internal apps, etc.).
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of data entry in the system.
- Manage IT asset inventory and system documentation.
