As a Support & Data Entry (F&B), you will play a key role in maintaining IT system stability, supporting operational systems, and ensuring all data is accurate and well-managed to support seamless business operations.
 

Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in IT Support, System Support, or related roles.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical thinking.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.


Responsibilities

  • Monitor and maintain IT systems, network, and operational applications.
  • Perform troubleshooting for hardware, network, and system issues.
  • Provide technical support for F&B operational systems (POS, internal apps, etc.).
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of data entry in the system.
  • Manage IT asset inventory and system documentation.
