As an Admin Operational, you will support building and facility operations through accurate reporting, administrative management, documentation control, and coordination with internal teams and external partners. Your role ensures that operational activities—from engineering scheduling to utility monitoring—are executed efficiently and well-documented.
Requirements
Minimum Diploma (D3), open to all majors.
Fresh graduates are welcome; experience in administrative support is a plus.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Skilled in graphic design for creating banners, stickers, and promotional materials.
Attention to detail, great organizational skills, and strong data management ability.
Responsibilities
Prepare weekly reports and deliver them to the Building Operational Manager.
Create design materials such as banners, stickers, and promotional content.
Input engineering team schedules and operational shifting schedules into the system.
Manage administrative processes including monthly utility recaps (electricity, chiller, lift) and subscribed parking data.
Archive operational files, record utility usage periodically, handle Telkom phone/internet administration, process partner work results, and take meeting minutes.
