As a Procurement & GA Manager, you will drive efficiencies across the organization by leading procurement strategies, optimizing vendor performance, and ensuring that all general affairs functions — from assets to facilities — operate smoothly and reliably.

This role is perfect for professionals who are detail-oriented, strong in vendor negotiation, and passionate about creating an efficient and secure work environment that supports business growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Business, Management, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.

  • 5+ years experience in procurement and/or general affairs operation.

  • Strong vendor negotiation and contract management capability.

  • Knowledge of asset & facility management (maintenance, utilities, office services).

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and multi-project coordination skills.

Responsibilities

  • Lead procurement strategies and vendor management to ensure best value purchasing.

  • Oversee purchasing operations from PR–PO–Delivery–Invoice accuracy and compliance.

  • Manage General Affairs functions: assets, facilities, and office supplies.

  • Monitor operational budgets and drive continuous cost efficiency improvements.

  • Build collaboration with internal stakeholders to support seamless operational needs.
