As a Chef de Partie Pastry, you will be responsible for managing the operational needs of the pastry & bakery production section, ensuring raw materials are prepared according to incoming production demands, and coordinating between production staff and administrative processes to ensure all production input and output are properly recorded.


Requirements :

  • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with the team.
  • Good time management skills and ability to meet production deadlines.
  • High sense of responsibility for all assigned tasks.
  • Detail-oriented, honest, well-organized, and adaptable.
  • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in Traditional Pastry, Modern Pastry, and Bakery production processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and oversee all operational needs of the pastry & bakery production section.
  • Ensure raw materials are prepared and available according to incoming production requirements.
  • Coordinate between production staff and administrative processes to ensure accurate documentation of all production input and output.
  • Monitor and check raw materials (expiry dates, price updates, Bill of Materials, and food cost).
  • Maintain standard recipes, product quality, and conduct outbound quality control before products are delivered or served.
