Fleet Sales Manager

As a Fleet Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing fleet sales strategies, managing corporate and institutional client relationships, and driving sales performance to achieve business targets. Requirements
Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Business Management, Marketing, Automotive, or related field
Minimum 5–8 years of experience in automotive sales, fleet sales, or B2B sales with at least 2–3 years in managerial level
Strong understanding of fleet sales operations, corporate account management, and automotive market trends
Proven experience in handling corporate clients, government projects, or institutional partnerships within automotive industry
Strong communication, negotiation, analytical, and leadership skills with ability to drive sales team performance
Responsibilities
Develop and implement fleet sales strategies to achieve sales targets and business growth
Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate, government, and institutional clients
Monitor fleet sales performance and identify new market opportunities to expand business coverage
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth sales operations, unit delivery, and customer satisfaction
Analyze sales performance, market trends, and customer needs to provide strategic business recommendations
