Corporate Communication Manager

As a Corporate Communication Manager, you will play a key role in shaping and protecting the image of our company across internal and external audiences. This role requires strategic thinking, creativity, and the ability to manage communication channels effectively—while ensuring all messages are aligned with our corporate values and business objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or related fields.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate communication or PR (including 2+ years in a managerial role).

  • Excellent communication and writing skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.

  • Strong leadership with the ability to manage projects and teams.

  • Creative and strategic mindset with strong stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement corporate communication strategies to strengthen company reputation.

  • Manage internal and external communication channels (media, social media, website, newsletters, etc.).

  • Act as company spokesperson and handle crisis communication when needed.

  • Coordinate corporate campaigns, events, and CSR programs to enhance brand visibility.

  • Monitor media coverage and public perception, and provide reports to management.
