Cashier (F&B)

As a Cashier (F&B), you will play a key role in handling customer transactions, ensuring accurate billing, and supporting overall outlet operations with a friendly and professional attitude.

Requirements:

• Minimum High School (SMA/SMK) or equivalent, with 1+ year cashier experience in F&B or retail

• Proficient in POS operation and accurate transaction closing

• Good communication, polite, and customer-friendly

• Detail-oriented, honest, and responsible with cash handling

• Able to work shifts and maintain professional appearance

Responsibilities:

• Process customer payments accurately using the POS system

• Ensure all transactions are properly recorded and closed at the end of each shift

• Answer phone calls professionally and assist guests with inquiries or reservations

• Provide guests with relevant promotional information related to billing

• Prepare and submit shift-based or daily sales reports
