Finance Manager

As a Finance Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing financial planning, budgeting, reporting, and financial analysis to support strategic business decisions. You will work closely with management and cross-functional teams to ensure financial accuracy, operational efficiency, and healthy business performance across the organization.

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Management, or related field
• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in finance, accounting, budgeting, or financial analysis with at least 2–3 years in managerial level
• Strong understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial analysis
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and financial systems/ERP software
• Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills with ability to present financial insights to management level

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes to support business strategy and operational goals
• Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, analysis, and management presentations
• Monitor company financial performance, cash flow, and operational expenses to ensure healthy financial conditions
• Analyze financial data to identify risks, opportunities, and actionable business insights
• Ensure compliance with company financial policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements
