Requirements
Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree in Tourism, Communication, or related fields.
1–2 years of experience in hotel/event sales is an advantage.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience in collaborating with event organizers (WO or similar).
Target-oriented, proactive, and customer-focused.
Responsibilities
Build and maintain customer database for social events.
Increase revenue through sales of event packages.
Conduct sales calls and present social event packages to potential clients.
Handle reporting, confirmation, and follow-ups for social event leads.
Ensure smooth execution and customer satisfaction during events.
