As a Spare Parts Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall spare parts operation, including inventory management, sales performance, procurement planning, and business development initiatives. You will play a key role in ensuring the availability of the right parts at the right time while driving revenue growth and operational excellence across the organization.

You will work closely with branch operations, after-sales teams, suppliers, and senior management to develop strategies that improve inventory turnover, increase parts sales, and strengthen customer satisfaction.

This role requires strong leadership, analytical thinking, business acumen, and the ability to translate operational data into strategic decisions. If you are passionate about optimizing business performance and leading a results-driven team, this role is for you.

Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in spare parts, after-sales, inventory management, or automotive operations, with at least 2 years in a managerial position.
  • Strong understanding of inventory planning, warehouse management, spare parts distribution, demand forecasting, and after-sales operations.
  • Proven experience in developing sales strategies, managing inventory performance, and leading cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent leadership, analytical, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills with a strong business-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute spare parts business strategies to achieve sales, profitability, and inventory performance targets.
  • Oversee inventory planning and stock management to ensure optimal availability while maintaining healthy inventory turnover.
  • Monitor sales performance, identify business opportunities, and implement initiatives to improve spare parts revenue across all branches.
  • Lead, coach, and develop the spare parts team to improve operational effectiveness and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with branch operations, after-sales, procurement, and suppliers to ensure efficient spare parts distribution and continuous business improvement.
