As a Promotion & Activity Support Staff, you will support the implementation of promotional events and administrative activities to help grow market share, enhance brand visibility, and ensure efficient coordination across departments and vendors.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any major.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in promotions or administrative roles.
  • Creative, communicative, detail-oriented, responsible, and has a strong sense of art.
  • Proficient in MS Office, presentation, internet & digital tools, and event budgeting systems.
  • Able to work well in a team and manage multiple promotional activities simultaneously.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and monitor monthly promotional activities, including budgeting and material preparation.
  • Coordinate with branches, vendors, and external partners for event execution and proposal submission.
  • Support event logistics—conduct site surveys, prepare materials, and assist during campaigns.
  • Process documentation such as proposals, budget requests, vendor payments, and reports using systems.
  • Create reports and analyses on event outcomes, prospect data, and promotional effectiveness.
