Project Manager (Showroom Development)
About the Challenge
Do you have what it takes to lead showroom development projects and support business expansion through effective project execution?
As a Project Manager – Showroom Development, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing showroom development, renovation, relocation, and expansion projects. You will ensure every project is delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with company standards, operational requirements, and brand guidelines.
You will work closely with management, contractors, consultants, vendors, and internal stakeholders to manage all aspects of project execution, from site assessment and budgeting to construction supervision and project handover.
This role requires strong project management capabilities, technical understanding of construction and building systems, leadership skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic business environment. If you are passionate about delivering high-quality facilities and driving operational excellence, this role will challenge you to operate at a strategic level.
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Project Management, or related field.
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in project management, construction, showroom development, dealership development, retail development, or commercial building projects, with at least 2–3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, fit-out projects, MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) systems, project scheduling, budgeting, cost control, and contractor management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management tools with strong planning, analytical, and reporting skills.
- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills with the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and manage projects effectively.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage showroom development, renovation, relocation, and expansion projects to ensure timely completion, quality standards, and budget compliance.
- Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource requirements while monitoring project progress and resolving potential issues.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure effective project execution and alignment with operational needs.
- Conduct site assessments, monitor construction activities, and ensure compliance with company standards, safety regulations, and quality requirements.
- Prepare project reports, progress updates, and recommendations for management while ensuring smooth project handover and operational readiness.
