Area Manager Dealer (R2)

As an Area Manager Dealer (R2), you will be responsible for ensuring that each dealer under your supervision operates at peak performance—achieving sales targets, maintaining operational standards, and executing strategies effectively on the ground.

Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in automotive sales, preferably in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing dealer or branch performance.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Willing to be mobile and placed in assigned area (Sumatera Selatan & surrounding areas).
Responsibilities
- Drive sales performance across dealer network to consistently achieve and exceed targets.
- Monitor and evaluate dealer operations, including sales, manpower, and customer experience.
- Develop and execute area-level strategies to improve market share and dealer productivity.
- Lead, coach, and develop Sales Coordinators and dealer teams to ensure performance alignment.
- Ensure compliance with company standards, SOPs, and reporting accuracy across all dealers.
