Requirements:

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills

  • Experience in property sales or customer service is a plus

  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and disciplined

  • Familiar with real estate platforms and local property market

  • Able to manage time independently and work flexibly


Responsibilities:

  • Promote and market property listings to potential buyers or tenants

  • Arrange and conduct property viewings professionally

  • Guide clients through the buying, selling, or leasing process

  • Maintain relationships with property owners, developers, and clients

  • Keep updated with property trends and competitor listings
