Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in any major (fresh graduates are welcome).

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

  • Able to operate Canva or similar design tools for marketing materials.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

  • Good communication skills and a proactive attitude.

Responsibilities

  • Support daily administrative tasks in marketing and logistics departments.

  • Prepare and manage marketing documents, reports, and promotional materials.

  • Coordinate data input, delivery schedules, and logistics records.

  • Assist in the creation of marketing content and visual materials using Canva.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
