As a Branch Manager – Suzuki, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire operations of the branch, managing sales and service performance, and ensuring excellent customer experience. Requirements:
Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Business, Management, or a related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in the automotive industry, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role
Deep understanding of branch operations, automotive sales, and customer service excellence
Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing teams
Willing to be placed at Suzuki branches outside of Palembang
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage all branch operations including sales, service, and administration
Develop and implement strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
Monitor team performance and provide coaching to drive continuous improvement
Ensure excellent customer satisfaction and uphold Suzuki brand standards
