As a Branch Manager – Suzuki, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire operations of the branch, managing sales and service performance, and ensuring excellent customer experience. Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Business, Management, or a related field

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the automotive industry, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role

  • Deep understanding of branch operations, automotive sales, and customer service excellence

  • Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing teams

  • Willing to be placed at Suzuki branches outside of Palembang

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage all branch operations including sales, service, and administration

  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders

  • Monitor team performance and provide coaching to drive continuous improvement

  • Ensure excellent customer satisfaction and uphold Suzuki brand standards
