As a Logistic Control Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring all unit deliveries from principal to warehouse or dealer are accurate, timely, and aligned with company standards—while minimizing discrepancies and operational risks.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Logistics, Management, Engineering, or related field
  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in logistics, warehouse, or distribution control, preferably in the automotive industry
  • Strong attention to detail, especially in verifying unit quantity, type, and documentation accuracy
  • Good communication and negotiation skills to coordinate with internal teams and external parties (e.g., principal, transporter)
  • Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced operational environment and handle issues proactively

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure accuracy of unit delivery (type, quantity, and condition) from principal to warehouse or dealer
  • Monitor and control loading, unloading, and delivery processes to prevent discrepancies or damages
  • Coordinate with internal teams, principal, and transporters to ensure timely and smooth delivery operations
  • Identify, investigate, and resolve discrepancies (e.g., shortage, mismatch, damage), including proper escalation when required
  • Maintain accurate records and prepare reports related to unit movement, delivery performance, and discrepancies
