Housekeeping Leader

As a Housekeeping Leader, you will play a key role in supervising the housekeeping team, maintaining cleanliness standards, and ensuring all areas are well-managed to provide a comfortable experience for visitors.


Requirements:

  • Minimum SMK or Bachelor’s degree in Management or a related field.

  • At least 1 year of experience in housekeeping or facility cleaning.

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise and guide a team.

  • Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across teams.

  • Willing to work in shifts and handle dynamic on-site situations.


Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and ensure cleanliness standards across all mall areas in accordance with SOP.

  • Lead, guide, and monitor the performance of Indoor, Outdoor, and Garden cleaning staff.

  • Conduct routine inspections and ensure all areas are maintained properly.

  • Handle operational issues and respond to visitor complaints related to cleanliness.

  • Coordinate with internal teams and report facility issues requiring maintenance or improvement.
