As a General Manager (F&B), you will be responsible for overseeing the overall performance and growth of our F&B division, ensuring operational excellence, strong brand execution, and sustainable profitability across all outlets.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Management, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience leading multi-unit F&B operations
- Proven track record in achieving business KPIs and optimizing operational costs
- Strong leadership, team development, and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Willingness to travel and work across different outlet locations
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage overall F&B operations to ensure smooth and consistent execution
- Develop business strategies to drive growth, profitability, and brand excellence
- Oversee cost control, budgeting, inventory systems, and vendor coordination
- Build and coach outlet leaders to achieve performance standards
- Monitor customer experience, feedback, and service quality across all outlets
