As a Steward, you will play a key role in maintaining cleanliness, supporting the kitchen team, and ensuring all operational areas are ready for daily service to uphold high standards.

Requirements

  • Minimum High School Diploma (SMA) or equivalent.

  • At least 2 years of experience in a stewarding or cleaning role within the F&B industry.

  • Strong understanding of kitchen hygiene, cleaning standards, and sanitation practices.

  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

  • Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in all kitchen areas, including workstations, equipment, and storage spaces.

  • Ensure all kitchen utensils, tools, and equipment are properly cleaned, sanitized, and stored.

  • Support the kitchen and service teams by ensuring the availability of clean items for service.

  • Adhere to health and safety standards, including proper waste disposal and equipment handling.

  • Assist with dishwashing and other kitchen duties to ensure smooth operations.
