As an HR Officer (Hotel Division), you’ll play a vital role in supporting employee engagement, recruitment, and daily HR administration. This role is ideal for someone who is people-driven, detail-oriented, and passionate about creating a positive workplace culture in the hotel industry.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in HR, preferably in the hospitality or service industry.
Good understanding of recruitment, attendance, and HR administration.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a service-oriented attitude.
Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with HRIS or hotel systems is a plus.
Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment and onboarding for hotel staff.
Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and HR documents.
Support employee relations and assist in resolving daily HR matters.
Coordinate with hotel departments on manpower and training needs.
Ensure HR processes comply with company standards and labor regulations.
