As an HR Officer (Hotel Division), you’ll play a vital role in supporting employee engagement, recruitment, and daily HR administration. This role is ideal for someone who is people-driven, detail-oriented, and passionate about creating a positive workplace culture in the hotel industry.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or related field.

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in HR, preferably in the hospitality or service industry.

  • Good understanding of recruitment, attendance, and HR administration.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a service-oriented attitude.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with HRIS or hotel systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment and onboarding for hotel staff.

  • Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and HR documents.

  • Support employee relations and assist in resolving daily HR matters.

  • Coordinate with hotel departments on manpower and training needs.

  • Ensure HR processes comply with company standards and labor regulations.
