Outlet Manager (F&B)

As an Outlet Manager (F&B), you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the outlet, leading the team, ensuring quality service, and driving performance to meet business targets.
Requirements:
Minimum D3 in Hospitality, Management, or related field
Minimum 2 years of experience in managing a café or F&B outlet
Strong in inventory stock control, daily reporting, and using POS systems
Excellent leadership and communication skills; able to work both independently and in a team
Willing to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays
Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day operations and ensure smooth service flow
Lead, train, and motivate the outlet team to maintain high standards
Monitor inventory, place orders, and manage stock efficiently
Handle customer feedback and resolve issues to ensure satisfaction
Analyze sales performance and assist in achieving business goals
