As an Outlet Manager (F&B), you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the outlet, leading the team, ensuring quality service, and driving performance to meet business targets.

Requirements:

  • Minimum D3 in Hospitality, Management, or related field

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in managing a café or F&B outlet

  • Strong in inventory stock control, daily reporting, and using POS systems

  • Excellent leadership and communication skills; able to work both independently and in a team

  • Willing to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays

Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day operations and ensure smooth service flow

  • Lead, train, and motivate the outlet team to maintain high standards

  • Monitor inventory, place orders, and manage stock efficiently

  • Handle customer feedback and resolve issues to ensure satisfaction

  • Analyze sales performance and assist in achieving business goals
