As a Sales Property Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading sales efforts, managing a team of property consultants, and ensuring the continued growth and success of our real estate firm.

Requirements:

  • Possess a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate Management, or a related field from a reputable university.
  • Demonstrate a minimum of 3 years of experience in property sales, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
  • Present a solid track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets, with a diverse portfolio that highlights strong leadership and negotiation skills.
  • Exhibit expert knowledge of the real estate market, sales strategies, legal regulations, and quality standards.
  • Show exceptional leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with a focus on driving team success and optimizing client satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and lead property sales activities, from client engagement to closing deals, ensuring targets are met while maintaining a high level of client satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies that align with company objectives and adapt to changing market conditions.
  • Manage, supervise, and mentor a team of property consultants, fostering their growth in sales, negotiation, and client relationship management. Ensure timely and successful property transactions.
  • Utilize property management tools and CRM software to streamline sales processes and enhance team productivity.
