As a Sales Property (Freelance), you will be the face of our property business, playing a key role in driving sales by connecting customers with property units that suit their needs. You will be supported by our in-house marketing team and systems to help you succeed.
Requirements:
Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK); a degree in Marketing, Communication, or related field is a plus.
Prior experience in sales (especially property or real estate) is preferred but not mandatory.
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills with a persuasive communication style.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
Willing to work on a freelance/commission-based model with flexible time commitment.
Responsibilities:
Actively promote and sell available property units to potential buyers through various channels (online/offline).
Build and maintain a network of leads and potential clients, including through canvassing and digital outreach.
Assist clients in understanding property specifications, pricing, and financing options.
Coordinate with internal teams for site visits, documentation, and closing processes.
Achieve personal sales targets while delivering excellent customer experience.
