Admin Planner Onsite - Hino
About the Challenge
Are you detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about ensuring smooth operational planning?
As an Admin Planner Onsite, you’ll coordinate with multiple stakeholders, manage work order documentation, oversee preventive maintenance schedules, and ensure all reports and invoices are accurate and submitted on time.
This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working in the field, handling data, and supporting operational teams with precision and reliability.
Requirements
Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Engineering, Administration, or related fields.
1+ years of experience in planning, administration, or onsite operational support.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Word, and reporting templates).
Strong coordination, communication, and documentation skills.
Able to work independently, handle deadlines, and manage multi-stakeholder communication.
Responsibilities
Coordinate directly with PIC Elnusa Petrofin, including PIC Maintenance & Koordinator Lapangan.
Prepare, manage, and process Work Order (WO) documents into invoices and BOQ (Man Power, Preventive Maintenance, Cuci Mobil, APAR, GCU, etc.).
Work with Foreman and Workshop Head to create monthly work schedules and inspector/mechanic rosters.
Compile daily inspection reports, weekly reports, monthly reports, and history card reports (maintenance, APAR, temuan hasil inspeksi, etc.).
Ensure complete documentation for billing purposes and reporting to Elnusa Petrofin.
