Sales Executive (Hotel)

Requirements
- Minimum Diploma (D3) in any field (Hospitality, Tourism, Marketing, or Business is a plus).
- At least 2 years of experience in hospitality or hotel sales.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Customer-oriented with good interpersonal and networking skills.
- Target-driven, proactive, and able to work independently or in a team.
Responsibilities
- Identify and develop potential clients through various channels.
- Conduct meetings (offline/online) to understand client needs.
- Prepare and present sales proposals and hotel offerings.
- Negotiate pricing and close sales deals בהתאם company policies.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and partners.
- Coordinate event or booking requirements with internal teams.
- Monitor sales leads, follow up prospects, and maximize opportunities (upselling & cross-selling).
