As a Captain (F&B), you will lead the front-of-house team to ensure smooth service flow, high guest satisfaction, and proper coordination between staff to maintain the highest standards in restaurant operations.

Requirements:

  • Minimum education High School (SMA/SMK), preferably majoring in Hospitality or Culinary

  • At least 2 years of experience in restaurant service, with experience leading a small team

  • Strong communication, coordination, and leadership skills

  • In-depth understanding of restaurant service flow, team scheduling, and guest service standards

  • Fast, responsible, able to handle guest complaints, and highly customer-oriented

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily service operations and ensure smooth service flow between team and guests

  • Lead, support, and delegate tasks to service team members

  • Manage schedules and ensure proper staffing for peak hours

  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, readiness, and customer service

  • Handle guest concerns and ensure overall guest satisfaction
