As a Customer Relation Officer (CRO), you will play an important role in maintaining strong relationships with customers by providing professional communication, handling customer inquiries or complaints, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. You will also support post-sales service processes and help create a positive customer experience that strengthens customer loyalty toward the company.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any major, preferably in Communication, Management, or a related field.

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Service, Customer Relations, or other customer-facing roles.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive relationships with customers.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer inquiries or complaints professionally.

  • Detail-oriented, responsive, well-organized, and proficient in Microsoft Office for managing customer data and reports.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers through professional and responsive communication.

  • Handle and follow up on customer inquiries, requests, or complaints while coordinating with related departments when necessary.

  • Conduct follow-ups with customers after the sales process to ensure customer satisfaction with the company’s products and services.

  • Manage and update customer databases while documenting all customer interactions in a structured and organized manner.

  • Monitor customer satisfaction and support customer engagement activities to strengthen long-term customer loyalty.
