Guest Relation Officer (F&B)

As a Guest Relation Officer (GRO), you will play a key role in ensuring every guest receives exceptional service, managing guest relationships, and enhancing overall satisfaction—especially for VIP and repeat guests.
Requirements
- Minimum SMA/SMK; Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality or related field is a plus.
- At least 1 year of experience in F&B service, hospitality, or customer-facing roles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to handle guest complaints professionally and stay composed under pressure.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive and service-driven mindset.
Responsibilities
- Identify potential VIP guests and build a structured guest database.
- Deliver personalized greetings and ensure a premium dining experience.
- Conduct table visits to monitor satisfaction and anticipate guest needs.
- Handle and resolve guest complaints quickly and effectively.
- Maintain guest relationships through follow-up and coordination of VIP experiences.
